No matter what there are people who can and are willing to help and support you through all aspects of life especially sadness, depression, etc. It's ok to be vulnerable and to talk to someone, to share with them what you're goin through because honestly they more then likely understand or are at least willing to understand. Don't wait till you're in your mid 30s to do this and if you do that's ok too just find someone you feel safe and comfortable with to talk to. If you don't want advise tell them I just need someone to listen. You deserve wonderful things and to feel safe to be vulnerable!
