Tell me, what do you do for self care?! It's very important to take care of yourself! I can hear you already "I know" or "tell me something I don't know" or "yeah yeah yeah" but are you doing it? Selfcare can come in many forms such as coloring, watching a funny movie, doing a facial, dancing, taking a walk, tending your garden, etc. no matter how you do it, it's what works best for you. Knowing what you like, what brings you peace, calm, feeling good or just gets you out of your head is very important so you can take care of yourself! You can't show up for or take care of anyone else if you're cup isn't even half full let alone empty. Yeah some people may say it's selfish to take care of yourself but who cares what they think, they're not in your body and they say it cause they don't do for themselves, which is not your problem! Also part of selfcare is saying "No". When you don't feel like it or just low in energy it's ok to say no, you're literally not obligated to say yes unless you're looking for yourself to burnout, that includes work, family, friends. Take care of yourself, go buy that book, go get a facial, go play basketball or that video game, etc! I am hear for you, take care of yourself and leave in the comments what you do for self care!
