We start with a consultation which is a conversation that begins opening our Relationship, where I find out more about you, your needs, focus, habits, etc. By the end of the conversation we will see whether we are in each others best interest, is this coaching for you as well as where to begin the coaching, then we go into the 1:1 Coaching Program, of your choosing, that is built around you! Welcome to the beginning of your Conscious Empowerment!
